2009詩歌敬拜編隊

Dear brothers and sisters,

Thanks to God who deserves our worship and praise! He always provides. And thanks to brothers and sisters who responded enthusiastically to the invitation to help leading worship and serve as pianist in the Timothy Fellowship.

This year, we have 36 b/s to lead worship in 7 teams, and 9 pianists. The team list are as follows -

司琴篇 – 如何破解和弦?

很少寫有關司琴的分享,最大的原因是:自己本身不算彈得好,團契中琴藝高超的大有人在,還是不要班門弄斧。這篇文章也不是真能幫大家破解和弦 – 立題純粹為吸引大家看看 :-p。

大部分自小開始學琴的人都是學古典鋼琴(classical piano)的,從小彈五線譜,但團契所用的現代詩歌,往往五線譜只有一行旋轉,上面一個個英文字標示和弦(chord),這對沒有特別學過彈“和弦伴奏”的人來說,是有些難以入手,但還可以右手彈主音,左手彈arpeggio應付過去。有時弟兄姊妹交來的“譜”只有chord, 連bar line也沒有,我以前也只可以舉手投降。

要掌握“和弦伴奏”,每個人的學習方式和進度不同,有人無師自通,或由朋友指點就行(我想:有些人音樂底子好/有天份,是做得到的),也有如我般要努力學習一段較長的時間。無論前者或後者,有時都會混淆了chord symbols (老實說,我也常常混淆了!) ，或不太清楚某些chord symbols是什麼(事實上,坊間曲譜對chord symbols是有數種寫法的,例如 “augmented”可以寫成 “aug” 或 “+”號)。 大家都知C chord最基本是由C, E, G 組成 (triad), 但Cmaj7, C7, Cmin7, C9, C dim, Csus, Csus7, C11, C aug…等等又如何呢?很多時我們就沒有深究,或貪方便一概彈C, E, G, 但其實錯失了很多好東西!因為chord好像衣服的料子,可以令一首歌的伴奏的色彩截然不同!如果一概彈basic triad,不但只用料單薄,浪費了作者的心機,有時還有機會撞音，舉例說：如旋律在唱C, 歌譜標 “G sus” chord, 如你照彈G,B,D而不是 G sus 的G,C,D，則B音和C音是有機會做成 “撞音”的情況。

你可以選出某chord + chord symbol,例如G dim, 網頁便會出現G dim的notes,用keyboard標示,很視覺化,我覺得它非常好用。如果你見到一些陌生的chord symbols,不妨參考這網站。

節錄 “How chords are named”如下,作參考 -
C ~ C major chord (C major triad)。
C6 ~ C major sixth chord。
C7 ~ C seventh chord (C major triad)。
+ ~ Containing the interval of an augmented fifth。
sus ~ Suspended。 The perfect fourth substitutes for the major third。
C9 ~ C ninth chord (C major triad)。
maj7 ~ Containing the interval of a major seventh。
C+ ~ C augmented chord (C augmented triad)。
dim ~ Diminished seventh chord。
m ~ Containing the interval of a minor third。
6 ~ Containing the interval of a major sixth。
7 ~ Containing the interval of a minor seventh。

至於為什麼C7是C, E, G, Bb, 而G dim 是G, Bb, C#, E等問題,留待大家自行在網上或書中尋找,在此實在是說不清。Wikipedia 有不少有關樂理的entries,可以一看。

我很喜歡文章(3), 筆者說他作為司琴最挫敗的一天,並不是他彈得一塌胡塗的一天,因為誰都有彈錯的時候。 最挫敗的一天，是講員讚他彈得好像 Richard Clayderman!當司琴的 “伴奏” 成為了 “演奏”時, 會眾由專注唱詩讚美神變成了聽司琴的 “演出”,他就在司琴的職份上失職了!這是很好的提醒!不但是對司琴的提醒,也適用於領詩和使用其他樂器服侍的弟兄姊妹 – 我們要常常省察自己事奉的心態,態度及表現 – 是謙卑的服侍,還是為了表演自己?是幫助了弟兄姊妹投入敬拜神,還是絆倒了人?我相信,若然沒有了正確的心態,態度及表現,在人看來再好的音樂,在神看來也是亳不得喜悅的。

神悅納我們每一個用心獻上而彈奏出的音符,不論它們對人來說是否悅耳。當然,為著能更好地藉音樂來幫助會眾投入敬拜讚美,也讓我們盡心做好彈奏的職份!追求更熟練的技巧,是為了更好地服侍,而不是要炫耀自己。
