Different Expectations

1st of all, let me thank every Worshipers and helpers here. Every Sat when we listen to the wonderful music, it's obvious that each team of them must have spent a great deal of time rehearsing. Thanks =)

In terms of expectations on committment, I'd like to share a bit below:

Once I was approached by a Worshiper (person x). Person X told me his/her team members requested to have rehearsal every night in the following week. .... Think about this: Rehearsing EVERY nights for one whole week.

Sometimes it's hard to make one's committment before you're told what's expected of you. As to what's expected of you, it actually depends on which team you get assigned later on, because individual teams have different expectations on how much time and how frequent they should rehearse. Now, Time committment is just 1 aspect of committment.

Sadly, when your expectation of committment doesn't match the expectation of your team, you get labelled as Unco-operative / lack team-spirit. This is sad.

Bottom line, I believe that 95% of those who signed up are Committed folks. At times when a member can't join your team in rehearsing, please be more understanding and refrain from labelling. After all, we all have our own schedules and responsiblities on our shoulders.

Keep up the good work, to all ye Worshipers.
